Terms for making things.

This working draft outlines the basic rules for accessing the BLXSSXM website, creative tools, and related services.

A working agreement

This page is a product mock and not the final legal agreement. It should be reviewed and replaced with approved legal language before production use.

01

Using BLXSSXM

By accessing BLXSSXM, you would agree to the final terms made available for the service. You must be legally able to enter that agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use BLXSSXM for an organisation, you must have authority to accept the terms for it.

02

The service

BLXSSXM may offer creative tools, generation features, project storage, exports, studio services, and integrations. Features may change as the product develops. A final agreement should describe paid plans, renewals, refunds, availability, and any service-specific limits.

03

Your content

You should keep ownership of content you submit, subject to rights needed for BLXSSXM to operate the service. You are responsible for having permission to upload and use that content. A final agreement should explain licences, generated outputs, storage, deletion, and intellectual-property claims in detail.

04

Acceptable use

Do not use BLXSSXM to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malicious material, bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, or misrepresent generated work in a harmful way. Product-specific safety and usage policies may add further limits.

05

Third-party services

Some features may depend on external model providers, hosting, analytics, payment, or communication services. Those services may have separate terms. BLXSSXM is not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

06

Availability and responsibility

A final agreement should explain service warranties, availability, output accuracy, liability limits, and remedies in language appropriate to each market. Do not rely on this mock as a statement of enforceable rights or limitations.

07

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. BLXSSXM may need to suspend or end access for violations, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or discontinuation. The final terms should explain notice, data export, deletion, and provisions that continue after termination.

Questions about these terms?

Send a question to BLXSSXM. The final agreement should also identify the contracting entity, governing law, and any required dispute process.
